Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in handling full-cycle bookkeeping, invoicing, and tax filing (Brevet A/B certification is a strong plus).
• Proficient in operating corporate ERP/accounting software systems (e.g., Intacs) and e-Faktur applications.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical, reconciliation, and data analytical skills.
• Proactive, highly organized, and capable of meeting strict financial and taxation deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Billing & Receivables: Accurately generate sales and tax invoices, track received dates, and follow up closely to streamline financial collections.
• Payables & Expenses: Verify and process supplier invoices, handle import customs clearance costs, and audit employee expense claims and petty cash entries.
• Asset & Inventory Control: Conduct routine stock opname and annual fixed asset counts; cross-verify data systems against physical conditions and maintain accurate records.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare monthly summaries for PPh 21, Unifikasi, and PPN (VAT), manage input/output tax documents via e-Faktur, and file statutory tax returns timely.
• Financial Reporting: Build detailed monthly Balance Sheets, run thorough reconciliations across all accounts, and process required adjusting journal entries.
